Not for 9 years.

Brett McMurphy would love to hear from you.

Was he? That'd be a little odd
He was aware of the 2009 and 2015 incidents by his own admission. How many do you need before you're like, "man this guy might be beating his wife, we should probably suspend this guy while we investigate".

So, at a minimum, 9 years is bullshite. Let's start there.

2009-2018 is 9 years.
The police were called 9 times between 2012 and 2017.
Are you really this naive?

I'm actually upset that Urban may lose his job. College football is better with tOSU and Urban in it.

Yeah, wasn't the guy a family friend before he was an assistant coach?
Posted on 8/3/18 at 6:38 pm to ReauxlTide222
Yeah, Zach Smith definitely seems like a real swell guy who would be honest about beating on his wife.

Some of you people are really pissing me off by making me have to agree with Displaced Buckeye.
Look...Meyer is a scumbag. That's a given. That's just based on the shite he let happen at Florida.
But the bottom line on the current scandal is this:
Did Meyer report to the people he was required to by university protocol? Yes or no.
If the answer is no, he's gone.
If the answer is yes, then all you have him on is the bad judgment of keeping the assistant employed, and lying to the media. Neither of those is fireable, especially since the university administration would have approved the assistant's continued employment.
Now does the AD get fired? Maybe.
But if Meyer did report...and it will be easily verifiable if he did...he isn't going anywhere.

It's a hard day for everyone when it happens, but it always happens. It'd be easier if everyone just started off with the assumption that I'm correct, or I wouldn't be posting.
