Art Briles and others named in BU rape case

Rape case filed by victim of BU football player in Federal Court. Briles, the AD, and Board of Regents named in the suit. Think this will be quietly settled like the other one a couple of months ago or does it go to trial? Frankly looks very bad for Baylor.

Bliss tried to posthumously frame Dennehy as a drug dealer so that they wouldn't figure out that he was paying Dennehy's (and I believe one more players) tuition.
It is certainly terrible what he did, but at least tell it correctly.
Edit: He did some other bad stuff also, but didn't try to cover up the murder.
