Part of me says lay the points. Army has been a wagon all year and I hardly ever fade the service academies in a bowl game.
On the other hand LA Tech is apparently fired up for this one, defending the Lousiana turf and has been known to stop the run.
Point spread is dropping... See if u can get Army under 14 and lay the hammer (they are missing there top RB Udoh who is TP'n to Arizona State, but not many other opt outs)

I’m thinking Tech’s big nose tackle is out ? That will affect their run defense negatively - ala A&M last night

You can transfer without penalty in the first two years. After that you have to pay it back or serve an enlisted hitch.
