He wasn’t at the Arkansas Derby killa. The Arkansas Derby was to be 2 weeks ago and moved to next weekend.
He may had been at Oaklawn, but yeah Arkansas had very very few cases yet NOLA exploded. Especially initially you figure it out

That is not what the article said! Please read the article! It is saying he got it from Arkansas Derby not the other way around!

again he said he got it there! not the other way around. He did not say he got it elsewhere and brought it there! That is what I am trying to tell you! He admitted he got it at the Arkansas derby! Why can't you see that and read the article carefully!

Which is a total lie, since that race hadn’t been run yet. He’s fricking lying. And look at the cases in Hot Springs at that time, there were none or they’d shut Oaklawn down. The cases then were in Pulaski and NWA.
Go look up when the Arkansas Derby was to be run, hint CSP can not time travel
