Got bounced by Alex Smith
Fair. But Alex smith was coached by Jim Harbaugh, had an HOF rb and a defense anchored by a HOF mlb and a bunch of defensive probowlers. And still took 4 turnovers and a last second blown coverage to win.
2011 saints the best of the Sean Payton era in my mind.

Saints could have been the 1 seed but Payton ran that incredibly pussy up the gut handoff to rookie Ingram on the last play of the game from the 1 yard line in week 1.

This is the first time I’ve heard anyone mention the 99 Jaguars since 1999 so I’d say not

He was so gay in goal-to-go or short yardage situations.

The famous 85 Bears’s defense
Here is a what if….
What if Charles Martin doesn’t destroy Jim McMahon’s shoulder with one of the cheapshot hits on a QB in NFL history in week 12 of the following season?

Do the Bears go back to back? Their 86 defense was statistically just as good, if not better, as their 85 defense was.
They just didn’t have a QB capable of leading their offense in the playoffs once McMahon was out
