We can agree to disagree.

IMO, the NHL is the only authentic professional sport left too.

Games aren't blatantly fixed, there is no stupid flag every two minutes to alter a game or a group of refs that aren't known crooks, etc etc...

There are quite a few NHL players making more than that

The highest paid nhl player will make approximately 17 mil this year right? That’s what google told me. Is that wrong?

They are the only team sport athletes that DON'T act like pompous, self aggrandizing "performers". ESPN SportsCenter is to blame for making modern athletes think they need to be entertainers.

Well the World Cup and the World Baseball Classic the athletes tend to turn it up a notch and in the world Baseball Classic that's such a new thing it doesn't have the status of the World Cup but there are plenty of players that ruin their season by playing in the classic
