I've been coaching basketball and some football the past few years for my nephew, and just being around his friends and these newer kids to our area, it's truly rewarding watching them put in the work and development progress. My team won the championship last year and going for it for a repeat this year! Baws got me feeling like Phil jackson.

I would guess the people working on the coronavirus epidemic find it pretty rewarding. I could be wrong though.

I coached baseball for about 10 years. Loved it. Unfortunately, I got involved in the travel ball thing at the end and the parents ruined it for me.

one of my grandsons played travel ball for the first time this past season ( 10 yrs old) and he’s a decent player but it was obvious that he wasn’t on most of these kids level after a couple games. Well he went to every practice and didn’t get to play the field or bat in many games just a pinch runner. From sitting with the parents a lot really think their kids or gonna play MLB someday. The coach was a complete arse also , my daughter was into this for a good bit of money but if was evident that the coach didn’t want my grandson on the team the way he belittled him in practice. She agreed and we let him quit

I'm sure that is rewarding. The coach whose team is 0-fer probably doesn't feel the same.
