When Walker was at UGA his freshman year an article in SI, He said he could do 22 One armed pull-ups with EACH ARM!!!! And he got the way he was by doing Pull-ups, Situps, Push-ups and sprinting. THATS IT!!!

IMO the BEST COLLEGE BACK EVER!!!!!

If he can have an average career in the NFL, then yes.

But he'll more likely fall into the "Best College Player to be a total bust" category.

If he's a mid-round draft pick, is he a "bust"?

He will go no worst than round 3. HE IS A WINNER!!! No matter what position he plays.

He's not an NFL QB. And I actually like Tebow, but he's not.

Never said he was. But I did say he could be useful as a QB.

no. The true inspiration for cool runnings was the jamacain bobsled team who qualified for the 1988 olympics

I don't know if "useful" is good enough, even for a 3rd round pick (and I don't even know if he will even be "useful"). That seems more like a 5th-6th round type of guy to me. And you're taking a huge chance on him if you move him to another position.

Depends on how his career goes. I wasn't really defining bust in the draft sense with my comment. Just bust as in won't be good in the NFL.

How's that. the guy IS A FOOTBALL PLAYER!!! He can adjust. He is the type of PLAYER that comes around very seldom. And as I said he has the KNACK about winning that few have.

He was better than average in his NFL career. Not great, but above average.

Calling Tebow's NFL career "average" is being generous at this point.

Holy smokes - i didn't realize it was that old. I just google searched "Herschel Walker PTI" trying to find his clip from PTI the other night about tonight's fight - and this thread came up, so i assumed it was from a day or so ago. I guess this was his original fight.

I bet he could still run in the 4.6 range or so.

He has been telling people that after his last fight in February he ran a 4.38
