Got mine last night, full FTP balance being restored to my bank account. Really surprised I'm getting it all back.

Payment to be made within a week.

What did you have to file to request the money back? Was there a specific paperwork?

FTP wont

Poker Stars will. There's a reason they helped back this payout, Feds will give them inside track.
They still have to hurdle the current gaming lobby though- Vegas doesnt want online poker legal.

Kinda silly if that's really their reasoning. I would actually be more inclined to go to Vegas if I could win satellites to bigger in-person tournaments on online poker sites. They would be able to extend their brand nationally. Don't see how that would be a bad thing.

Yeah I'm trying to do it now but I honestly have no idea how much I had or how to substantiate it with documentation. It's only a couple hundred bucks but I want it dammit!
