Cuban is a good owner, so I’d like to think Dallas could potentially attract enough pieces that could take them to the next level.

Why would he want to leave? Dallas seems to be improving, you've got a good coach, a good owner, it's a big media market, the Mavericks can pay him more than any team, Texas doesn't have a state income tax.

Dallas is an incredible city to be super rich in.

People who say otherwise are wildly misinformed.

That’s not even bringing the no state income tax into the discussion. It’s perfect for a rich 20 something.

dallas is like houston, too big, too cold, concrete and mettalic, but no sense of charm, culture, or home.

luka would be happier in nola

Maybe for young rich people who have no
Q rating. Dallas is probably perfect for young rich people in the fields of Finance, Energy, or law but for young rich people with FAME?

I agree with all of this. However, the millionaire playground is vast and enchanting for any age in Dallas. It was built basically for making and spending a lot of money.

Cuban will try. One thing you can't fault him for is trying to bring top free agents to Dallas.

DFW is home to 25 billionaires and many millionaires. In fact:

Bruh Dallas is up there with Miami and Atlanta in terms of quality and quantity of fine arse women of every flavor.

Dallas’s two biggest issues are that it’s in the CST and it’s distance from coastline. It’s a damn shame that two trash arse states in Louisiana and Mississippi have their locations and Dallas is stuck hours inland.

If you rank the top 10 metro areas in terms of population by the quality of the metro, then Miami, Dallas, and Atlanta are your clear cut top 3 then a drop down to Houston and then a huge drop down to the remaining 6.

Cuban to me sounds like a major tool. (just via a recent episode of PMT) but he’s a hell of an owner. Unlike many owners that dude only cares about winning

“Bruh”

How much random strange Luka is getting in the NBA regular season?

Doing a top 59 no doubt Dallas has a better top 59 than New Orleans or Memphis BUT

You think this motherfricker can’t afford a Southwest business class airline ticket two and a half times a month?
