Dont blame him. He has been patient with this franchise and re-signed once. If he wants a title he needs to go somewhere else. Go join up with one if the 3 super teams. The nba is so much fun with all their parity

I do not blame AD. I blame the front office for keeping a coach whose huge ego and lack of skill still has him trying to force this team to be a clone of the Warriors. Gentry does not have the IQ to get past his arrogance and foment a plan that plays to this team's talent. And there is enough talent to be a quality team in this league. Preseason, almost every prognosticator in sports had the Pels at LEAST making the playoffs but many much higher. If Davis is going adjust to a new coach, HE would rather pick the coach than see who the Pels settle for in the offseason.
