I don't watch women's basketball at all, so I don't know how good these players are in comparison to one another, but PER is an awful metric to use when comparing basketball players who play different positions. For instance, Daniel Gafford has a higher PER than LeBron. PER is a flawed statistic that overvalues "bigs".
