Will agree that college basketball has become unwatchable. You really don't have dominant big men any more that stay for more than a year or more and it's become much more of a point guard game ......there are no more glitz teams in he NCAA that put on scoring shows like UNLV or LMU, etc.
Te officiating sucks big time as well particularly in the SEC whee the refs are so ticky tacky it makes the game less than entertaining

The SEC uses the same refs that everyone else uses.
