Thanks Tbird, ya know I've never been more shocked by a team's performance in the post season than these Royals, they came limping into to the playoffs in stealth mode and now it's full on guns blazing, they just gotta keep having each others backs, like Gordon told Vargas after he made that crashing catch, "I got your back man" and now here we go, the fricking WS after 29 yrs, Lets Go Royals!!!!!!!1

Oh that's right... You are a 29 year-old punk kid that wasn't born the last time the Royals made it this far... BTW they have a payroll amoung the bottom of the MLB.... This is awesome .......... AND BOSTON, with like the third or 4th payroll finished LAST..........

I love this kinda shite, y'all know the feeling of having to admit you're a Royals fan, well now that feeling aint so bad, it's actually pretty damn sweet, so puff up a little and throw on some Royal Blue and be proud you aint some bandwagonner just grabbing the hand rail, as for the bandwagonners y'all are invited on the train to the WS and victory, if/when we win there needs to be a KC party downtown at the P+L, y'all can bring some Mardi Gras flavor partying to KC baby!!!!

Been to the K a couple of times since I have family that lives an hour away. Very nice ballpark and this is the first time in my life the Royals have ever been in the playoffs so it's neat. Not a Royals fan - Rangers fan here - but this Royals team is something else. Easily the most fun team in postseason baseball to watch other than the Rangers during their World Series runs for me in the past few years.
Hopefully KC keeps their momentum rolling!

I know PortCity is one of the TRUE Royals fans on here. Good to see Royals fans down south. I know there are plenty of Cards fans in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
I hope the Cards can pull through so we can see another I-70 World Series. Cards get your shite together!!!!

Just wanted to check in on this thread. Once again, glad to see the love for our Royals on here. I'm an old fricker and was 21 the last time the Royals made the WS. I remember being down at Westport (our local bar district) back then watching game 6 when the Royals came back to win that game. The place went nuts and we all partied that whole night and much of the next morning. Good times, good times indeed.
Needless to say I'm pumped we made it back, and super happy that the younger Royal fans get to experience post season play. That is pretty awesome after wandering in the wilderness for so long.
