I went to school at ulm, graduated in 01, in my 4-1/2 years I meet went to one game, just stayed tailgating and drinking. Brought out a tv and satellite and watched other games

Good Lord, no one is going to show up to watch ULM play Middle Tennessee at 2:30 in the afternoon. That's about as bad as football can get. They'll need the booze.

We've been selling it for a couple of years now at Cajun Field. To appease the fricking crazy Christians (Chi Alpha), they designated an alcohol free section on the student side. It's just one row of seats and they're mostly ignored

I don't think it is a rule for the SEC not to have beer. I have heard that its an agreement by all schools just to not do it. Once it is brought up and a couple of schools feel like they need to do it the flood gates will open. Do you think LSU is creating their own beer for nothing? They have seen schools like West Virginia have success doing it. I don't think it will be long.
They are going to have to figure out is how to regulate it and how long it will be sold. I could see them stopping at halftime and only serving it in areas that is away from students. This of course is just my opinion.

I am pretty sure they sell booze in every college football stadium club / skybox. I have never been to a game in one that did not have a bar up there.
