Maybe someone has more info, but what I heard is that AP's 2 year old was at a daycare and a worker or a parent went ape shite on the kid. I believe he was arrested for assault, but now it'll be upgraded to manslaughter/murder for certain. Damn, gotta feel for the dude.

Not certain, I think it was the baby's mom's boyfriend.
