does anyone really think he's going to be a Viking beyond this season? or produce worth 12.75M in any year for the rest of his career?
I don't know the cap hits, so I can't say for certain he'll be a Viking next year or not.
As for producing that much, I doubt it. In my humble opinion, he could have been worth it from a marketing standpoint, but holy shite he has trashed his image the last 2 years.

Its more annoying when millionaires complain about not having any money.
Yeah, it's hard to feel for a millionaires work conditions in the NFL. Some just aren't capable of seeing all the blessing around them. If you're not running for your life, starving, have plenty to drink, in serious pain, or anything else like this. You're pretty darn blessed and one should be thankful for the blessings we've got. Just another example how money can't buy ones happiness, I suppose. My goodness, maybe some of these stars should walk a mile in the everyday workers shoes. Especially the workers who make the many shoes these stars walk around in. That will do the trick, and then get back to us about modern day slavery Adrian.

They're blessed until they put a barrel of a gun to their temple because of brain damage.

You do realize that no one is forcing them to play a game for a living, right? A game they under stand from the first time they strap on a helmet that is very violent.

At the same time, no one put a gun to their head to play. Before players knew how bad head injuries could be. Sure, they've got somewhat of a beef, but how anyoen didn't think bashing heads together at full speed, wouldn't be good for the old-brain is beyond my understanding. Different strokes for different folks though. Most modern day players know the possible damage they face now but they still choose to strap up. That's on them and no one else. Well, until the 1st kid sues their parents for making them play sports as a kid. That lawsuit is probably right around the corner....
Suppose this could compared to a willful gladiator joining the games, and then being shocked when they get stabbed in the gut.

All I'm saying as a Minnesota Viking player! WE need the same power to do as all 32 teams do we they feel, under contract or not!
