Even if Brady was uncooperative the rules for ball tampering are clear. There is nothing in the rulebook about there being a suspension. Brady will point this out and will probably get away scot free. IF he was suspended for being uncooperative I would like someone to show me in the NFL rulebook where it gives Goodell the right to suspend him for it.

He talked more about workplace investigations on the podcast. Apparently he used to be a labor law attorney.

I've been reading his articles on PFT and he's been swaying to whichever side of the argument gets more attention
He'll write an article calling Brady a POS one day, and then the next call the league over zealous and the whole investigation a sham
Sounds like him when bounty gate

NFL CBA
Article 46 - Commisioner discipline, section 1, league discipline, item A.
NFL deemed Brady's obstruction of an NFL investigation as conduct detrimental to the league, which fits right there into the CBA which the players agreed to.

Not turning over your personal cell phone is an obstruction of an investigation?
If that's the case, Ted Wells went for the small potatoes. He should've said
"My investigation has led me to believe your wife is a suspect. You must surrender your wife to my inspection or you will be suspended for the season."

They are well within their right to label it as such but good luck getting an independent arbiter to agree with them. A private organization should not be allowed to hold your career hostage just because you won't let them see your cell phone.

He's used that a lot and has been beaten on it a lot
NFLPA is going to bend him over...again

Kraft should take it to Goodell, I always wondered why Benson didn't put up a bigger public fight.

It's four games, likely appealed to two. Brady got off easy.
It's a speeding ticket. If he just came clean all of this would go away pretty quickly. People forgive and forget pretty easily these days.
