JUDGE IS ONE AWAY FROM BECOMING THE HOMERUN KING! All Rise and All Hail the King! Thank you Mayza for actually pitching to him! I'd thought he'd do it in Yankee, but ZFG. He's gonna be up again in the 8th or 9th. Possible historic night tonight. He's also gonna win the Batting Triple Crown, unless Bogaerts or Arraez suddenly get hot. Simply the Greatest Offensive Season of all-time. And don't forget his .889 Steal percentage too.

Majority of the ones hating on Judge are Astros fans. I'm not even a Yankees fan, but I hate the Astros decidedly more. I would love to see Judge get 65, but we'll see how much Boone plays him in these remaining games once their seeding is determined. Still an outside chance for 70 if he can continue to get some good pitches to hit.

It's also the American League record, and he DID NOT CHEAT TO GET THERE! The other seasons were because of cheating. 61 is the real record, soon to be 62 in possibly 15 minutes.

The fact that it's an AL record is a pretty big deal. If it was an Astros player this board would groupthink differently.
