Utah deserves the AP National Championship. They went 13-0 and then whipped Bama like Florida only wished they had.
As far as Utah shutting PC up? Well that's just crazy talk. Utah had a much tougher time against Oregon State than they did against Bama, and that was at home in Salt Lake at night. "They beat a team that beat USC" doesn't cut it. Wake Forest beat Ole Miss. Doesn't make them better than Florida.
USC would beat Utah in any bowl venue.

and wat the frick does the AP crown mean to anyone other than USC fans. All the AP trophy stands is a bunch of sports writers and there opinions. IT DOES NOT CROWN THE NATIONAL CHAMPION, THE BCS GAME DOES no matter how much USC and any other day late buck short team thinks it is. It dosent mean Jack.

Uh, No. OSU was the Champion of the Big 10, the Rose was the one who picked a terriable runner up to face USC instaed of a strong SEC team. Would you say the same for the year USC beat OU in the Orange? Aub might have something to say about that. Or a better question, Would USC recognise Aub as a NC in 04 if the AP would have crowned them AP champs?

OU did not win their conference in 2003.
And sure I would recognize it if Auburn was crowned champ. OU was another fraud that year too. I have no problem saying as much.

what did USC do to Texas? They kept them in the game and couldnt finish. LSU finished. LSU blew out OSU in the title game just like you blew out OU.

Matt Mauck kept OU in the game , tuurible passer. don't forget OU had the No 1 offense in the country that year and couldn't do shite against Tigers tenacious D.

Say what you will, But no one in USC nation would discredit there 1 national championship if Aub was awarded the AP crown. USC fans would say it dosent mean jack and we are the real champs. Reguardless of who left who where, The national championship of 03 was played in New Orleans, Not Cal. It dosent matter how bad you beat Mish. or how close the OU/ LSU game was. The National Championship game for the National title was played in NO between LSU and OU. LSU won and therefore are crowned NC. That is the system we have in place and thats what has to be followed. I dont agree with it and think it is flawed, But I dont throw my crayons down and run home when it dosent go my way. If Aub was awarded the AP crown in 04, I would not consider them national champs either. The BCS game , no matter if I feel they get it right or not, Determines the National champ. PERIOD

I think Pete Carroll should have said the following: "Geez, my team played really great today and they have been playing fantastic lately. If only we would have beaten Oregon State maybe we could have had the opportunity to play in the national championship game. But, we all new the rules coming into the season and we all agreed to them and we'll abide by the computer rankings. Maybe if we take care of business we can get back there next year."
Instead he talks shite when he knows he won't have the opportunity to have someone prove him differently. He's starting to take on the persona of a lot of his players.

Im not going to try and dissuade you of that notion. Its what you believe because it validates your teams accomplishment, thats why I said, "thats nice".

Its How the NC is decided like it or not. Its how it is decided, you are the only ones (USC) that seem to think that the rules dont apply to you
