Baylor does, OSU sorta has one when they want to. Kansas State is all running I think

Apparently there was an ESPNU segment this week about how quality defensive players are avoiding committing to Big 12 schools like the plague because they don't want to get stuck on a team giving up 40 every week and kill their draft stock. Heard something about it on SiriusXM.
