Now then, might there be just the slightest glimmer of hope for Novak Djokovic at this particular moment?
He appears to have weathered the storm and we've seen young Sinner favouring his right ankle for the better part of this hour. The odds are still long, but there are blue skies on the horizon. We'll see what the legend can conjure in the coming moments of this key second set.

I can definitely see back injuries in Sinner's future. Like Tiger before him, he's generating too much torque to get that power.

He got up 0-30 on Sinner’s serve there, then played some sloppy points.
I noticed he went to moonball and drop shot tactics when he got down a break in the first. I think he knows he can’t trade blows with him.

Ugh. This match is probably over. I don't like Sinner.

Break for Sinner. This might be one-way traffic now.

It doesn’t sit well with me that he served two suspension periods, but played all majors. That’s why I can’t root for him for a while.

tennis fans been accusing novak of taking peds for years (probably true, but no positive tests), but sinner is the one with the taint and he literally saw no meaningful repercussions

Yup and meanwhile Novak had to miss two majors and spend 4 days in a heckin concentration camp because he was right about the vaccine.
I'd argue the low point in US history was not allowing Djokovic to play in the 2021 US Open. Just edging out the institution of slavery.

novak can barely get to 40 on Sinner's serve, this one's just about over

And it’s funny how IGA has dropped off quite a bit since.

Sinner is like a less goofy more coordinated Andy Murray in his prime

By the way, I've always wanted to ask, were you here before Chicken or did you make your account after? Asking for everyone.
