His foot was down but it was hard to say if had full possession at that time. I think it probably was a TD but idk if there was enough to overturn it.

Definitely looked like a catch on the big board here. One questionable call overturned for NI on their opening drive, Dunham's not overturned. At the half.

LHSAA network said the explanation they got was there was no question about the foot down. They could not determine possession.

These replays have been by the letter of the law IMO. There was no clear evidence showing the possession to and through the ground so they stuck with the call on the field.
If I had to bet I’d say it was a catch, but that’s not how replay works I suppose.
