According to live timing, Perez was on used tires, Lawson on new tires.

Where does it show that? I'm not seeing anything noted to differentiate.

Did Bearman and Hulk tangle? I didn't notice, but then I saw that Bearman dropped down the order.

I changed over to Max for the last several laps so wasn't on either Haas in car like usual.

Bear may need to work on tire preservation.

Everyone was on used tires except for Gasly and Lawson.

Ferraris looked soft. Lando should get away pretty well tomorrow. Max looks to be a big X factor.

I think next season will be one of the more competitive in recent years, maybe in many years.

I need to put multiviewer on this laptop. F1TV data doesn't show new/used tires.

I saw this during the race and was wondering when they were planning to throw the VSC. Obviously they were patiently waiting for McLaren to tell their guys to swap. Full Nascar.

Yeah, I heard it at least once, if not twice, backwards.

I know Buscom said they were the only two on used after the race but then went on to say that everyone else would have a new set for the race while they would not.

Wouldn't be surprised if they waited, but FIA has been slow all year on safety cars. George was upside down in the middle of the track in an obvious red flag situation and they held off.

No one wanted to go help him because they were afraid his car would explode

Ah, I see. I was confused because I knew you were an F1TV/Multiviewer user. It takes a lot of screen real estate to fully enjoy the Multiviewer experience, so it's tough on a laptop. I'm usually watching on a 32" monitor.

Amazing. A guy is out of his car, with no wall nearby, and they're still racing. Safety first!

I have multiviewer at my office since I have 2 27's there. Like you say, it's a bit much on a laptop screen.

The ending of the VSC was just as curious. Good timing for Oscar.

And now investigating Max lol

Zak Brown must be the race director this weekend.

Supposedly 5 sec penalty for Max which puts him behind Chuck.

1 penalty point is ridiculous for that.

The time penalty doesn't bother me much.

Raining pretty good at the track right now, qualifying should be interesting
