There's no reason for Emma Bates to be leading this pack the entire way. Basically just giving the Africans a free ride. Make them lead and pace.

This is insane from lemma. He doesn’t look super taxed either.
I like the fight Bates is showing but it’s gonna take a toll on her here soon I think. You can kinda see the signs of struggling starting to show on her face.

I think part of the problem is obiris finishing kick. You have to try to take the pace out fast to take her finish out of her. Bates is good I just don’t think she’s good enough to be the one to do that and win.

One of my former athletes is buddies with Talbi and trains with him some in Colorado. Their workouts are just absolutely insane.
