Freestone, in Texas had a round. Riders complained it was too hot. Gatorback in Florida had a round as well.

Looks like O’shpw has Jett’s brain wired right to go long haul but we’ll see when he’s buried off the gate. Will he panic and ax himself or take what gets? It’s gonna happen and may be where Chase has the advantage in maturity

Freestone would push temps of 100 plus degrees. Gatorback was the week before Daytona and in the middle of SX.

I do know Windham wanted/wants a National at his place, but I don’t think that will ever happen.

Got everything lined up for Budd’s. Never been to an outdoor so tips and tricks would be appreciated. Cooler with a few brews or no?

I’ve never been to Budd’s only High Point and Red Bud so I can’t speak to anything there specifically. I would say get there early and splurge on a pit pass. Watch the LCQs, maybe not as crazy as Supercross but still great battles to see who gets those last 4 spots. Decide if you want to set up in one spot or be mobile and go to different spots for different motos. Depending on how mobile you want to be make the decision on if you want to do a full on cooler or maybe just a backpack and small folding chair.

When I go to Ironman I am definitely doing the cooler backpack thing and walking around. I do wanna camp out near Godzilla for a while though.

I went to Tennessee the first year it was there.

It was hot AF and there are plenty of annoying people there.

I just watch from home now..

Thank God for the 250s. Other cool news is that Benny Bloss signed with factory Beta for 2024.

WTF? I can't remember so many injuries to top riders in such a short time span.

Press day ride yesterday AP had a high speed tank slapper and almost high sided. He was rolling and managed to slow it way down before he ran off the track. Close one, in practice

Jett is rolling, crazy good start to the season for him. Solid rides by AP and Ferrandis, would be good if Ferrandis could get back to his 2021 form and maybe start to challenge Jett

Kid knows he’s being given a gift so far but somebody, anybody better get in his arse here pretty quick. A monster, that can only kill itself is being created as races go by

Deegan looked impressive in the first Moto yesterday. The kid got the holeshot and rode like a seasoned veteran.

He has been given a easier path but Im not sure how much different it would be if everyone was healthy. Kid is fast, smart and smooth. Sexton could not catch him. He is making Webb look slow. The french dude just loses sight of him

I dont even think he is riding as hard and as fast as he can'

Oh, and damn on Jeremy Martins arm. I assume it was broke?

Budds Creek is a cool venue. I’ve never been there for a National, but it is fairly spectator friendly. There are lots of big hill tops to spectate from to be able to over look big sections of the track.

Lakewood in Colorado is a great one also. Unadilla is on my bucket list.

I do agree that only Sexton and Tomac would be on Jett’s pace. Sexton went toe to toe with Jett in that second Moto last week, but was unable to pass because the options were very few.

Tomac wouldn’t have been much of a challenge at Pala, but is dang strong at Pala.

Sexton will be strong on the east coast where the tracks are more physical than finesse.

Jett is fast and he will win multiple 450 titles, but there are 5, I repeat 5 factory 450 riders. There should be about 12-14. Only Tomac, Sexton, and Ferrandis can beat Jett, but the other guys can get starts and slow Jetts progress.

Ferrandis will get his bike dialed and win a few overalls before the year is over.

In 250’s, Cooper will be better on east coast but he sure spotted Hunter a big lead.

Just watched the replay. Perfect season is coming up for Jett if things stay the same. Props to Swoll with that hero move to avoid that kid off the track. Hunter better stay focused because Deegan is coming.

I am not a fan of these metal starting grates.

The metal grates will make start’s interesting for sure. Throttle control will be paramount. There won’t be much dump the clutch and rev it to the moon.
