He should be immediately suspended for ruining integrity of sport. Early in this thread I mentioned the conflict of interest and caught flack. But its real.

Aince he likes to use social media to tattle then he should equally be suspended for actions detrimental to the sport. And forced to either resign and keep ownership or sell ownership stake and stay with Gibbs. And if Gibbs had any balls he’d fire him. But all these limp dicks have sold out their souls.

Was really Hoping Brad would have made a move to get a win for himself. Really was hoping Chase would get in, but wouldn't have minded Harvick getting in in his final season either

Harvick is in the Chase he made it on points. I think he was in 15th and they take top 16

Side note. Chase did not make it in for drivers title but his car beat out 23 to make it in for car owners title. So even though Bubba got in for drivers his car owner finished 17th and missed out. Thats where the money is to help run the teams. Drivers get their money by being in and normally their owner is in as well. But since 9 car had sub drivers that counts for owner points. So the 9 car beat 23 on owners. And therefore Chase can help his owner by moving up in owners Chase.

Larson too. He was a lap down pushing Chase. (Sarcasm).
You Denny haters are ridiculous.
As long as there is “team” racing the sport already has no integrity.

I'd pay good money to see Denny punched in the throat.

He is a thoroughly dislikeable sort. But as far as the conflict of interest deal, that genie is long out of the bottle.

Of course it is. Calling a suspension is what is ridiculous.
Hate Hamlin if “you” want. Who cares? But as I said, team racing devalues the integrity of the sport.
If the sport had integrity, BK would have gone for the win last night.

You are mixing up “team” with “ownership”. Hamlin is on Gibbs “team”, and should push Gibbs. Larson is on Hendrick “team” and should push Chase.

But we are talking Hamlin pushing his ownership over team. Thats the line being crossed.

Every motorsports has teams. In F1 can you imagine if Verstappen owned part of Hamiltons team and instead of helping Perez he helps Hamilton? Indycar has teams too and you should help team when possible not a team competitor.

And Hamlin publically announced he would help another team he has ownership stake in over his own Gibbs team. That is crossing the line. And is actions detrimemtal to sport. And Gibbs is nutless by allowing it. Should have made him make a choice when it happened. But he didn’t. And it could have cost him had Hamlin been up fromt with Gibbs and Wallace at end.

Nascar needs a rule about ownership and driving. You can only drive for the team you have ownership stake in, like Kes does.

I understand the difference.
“Team” in Nascar is ownership. There is no advantage to Larson if he pushes Bowman to a win. The advantage is to Hendrick. The owner.
The only thing more stupid is manufacturers collusion in the super speedway races.
At any rate, I think the whole team thing is stupid in an individual sport.

@SRXracing is in talks to host a race in the Middle East — possibly Saudi Arabia or Qatar — as soon as the end of this year.

It would be a standalone invitational, potentially with eight U.S. drivers, four host country drivers and four from elsewhere.

NASCAR wanted Bub to get in so badly because he's the right color. There were drivers at the ready in case Bub needed a push, which he did. Brad's already in so he became Bub's b!tch.

He pushed a car he owns, otherwise he would have been trying to pass for the win.
