COTA is one of the best modern tracks in existence.

Why every series tries to race there.

Am I just getting old or how the hell did Sargeant get a penalty for that and Bottas did not?

not sure, but hopefully mick gets his seat and Logan can go to Indycar - maybe with a Dale Coyne or Ed Carpenter Racing

FIA is really just anti-touching of any kind these days.

Has become detrimental to do wheel to wheel racing because if anything happens someone is in the pits and someone is getting a penalty.

Sure, but Logan has definitely improved as the season has progressed. I don't know that I'd drop him so quickly.

Yea I think he’d be a decent mid packer there and could maybe luck into a few wins over the next few years

Despite what Indy fans want to admit, if he gets in the right team he will win. Otherwise he has zero to an outside chance.

ehh i dont know… Look at a guy like Pato O’Ward who is on a completely different level than Sargeant talent wise and he hasnt won shite this year with mclaren

maybe in 5 years or so he could win a race on fuel strategy or something but he strikes me as a poor mand Alex Rossi

Having been to many races at COTA I feel pretty safe in saying it can also be one of the ugliest race tracks in the series. After a long, hot dry Texas summer, that place is just dirty. No trees or landscaping. But there are some amazing views. That view on Turn 1, for example, is amazing.

Also, the view from the high bleachers at Turn 12 give you a great view of takeovers down the stretch and a great view of Turns 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

The track layout is fantastic, but as a spectator, you just feel pretty dirty when you leave . And exasperated at the price gouging for parking, concessions and F1 items, like hats and shirts.

penalty of a slower car and bad strategy?

Why do you say such stupid shite? He single handily ruined another team's points for today.

Yes. Everyone knows Hamilton has a grudge against Mclaren!!

Soft arse people can't handle actual racing in this sport. Have to go to super slow-mo to see who did what and lose their shite.

fricking racing. Fine to get mad, we all do it, but it is what it is.

You’re probably the biggest Hamilton hater on this board. I’m not insulting you. Your opinion is just very biased, and not worth much as a result.

I only dislike his goofy outfits and the time he went a little overboard with the BLM stuff. I'm cool with him beyond that. I can name 2 things I dislike about every driver.

That was a pretty good race. Lots of excellent wheel to wheel racing between the Ferrari cars.

The overtake of Sainz by Max on lap 15 was clinical.
