I like my sports, but they do need to shut the frick up and play and not invlove themselves. I wonder if Larry Fitgerald ever did? I don't recall.

There's plenty of reasons to think Rory is a docuhe, but I'm not sure I've ever heard a political word from Rory's mouth or anything else that didn't involve golf. But he is the current player director on the PGA policy board and chairman of the Player Advisory Counsil, so he kinda can't just "shut up and play."
That would be like telling the player reps on the NFLPA to just shut up and play football.

Don't think so. He did take some heat about playing golf with Trump from the press and then addressed things re that on some podcast years later
