Ok, I saw tweets earlier saying that it looked doubtful that it would be played.

How's that gonna work with Taylor and Seager? Are they just going to let Machado walk at the end of the year, or are those guys on the chopping block?

the better do whatever they can to bring machado back after what they are going to give up

the infield will have turner at first, muncy at 2nd, machado at 3rd and seager at short

the outfield will be pederson, bellinger, and taylor/kemp

puig is probably going to be the odd man out and they will probably try to trade kemp with him no longer having negative trade value

thats my guess

Seager will move to 2B before Turner plays 1B.

The AL should rock with that lineup but pitching is at a premium tonight... another low scoring pitching fest.......

i think thats the best fit though. i dont know about turner at second or short. and seager is too valuable a defensive player at short stop to get moved.

this trade is really going to put the organization in a box going forward with how to work this out between seager/machado/turner

L. A. Is the perfect spot for him.... and then Harper will be the next grab for the Dodgers.....

with the arm trouble for Seager, 2B would be ideal. Machado wants to play SS, and that might be a deal breaker to sign him. I'm letting him play wherever he wants.

Muncy will need to hit the entire rest of the year to even be considered for a starting spot next year.

Turner-Machado-Seager-Bellinger infield is where it's at.

which is true. But if hes healthy, he has to play short imo

I personally think hes being so adamant because he and his camp think it will get him paid more. If you pay him what he wants, I think hed be more open to go back to third. And if he isnt...the maybe Seager to second with Turner still at third even though Seager would be a better fit at third

true. But I have more faith in him keeping it up than I ever did in Taylor last year

good thing is that we're good either way

No place for Taylor, even in the OF?

he'll be in CF. Kemp/Joc/Puig can split time in the corners.

It should be a good matchup, but the AL will win the 2018 ASG.

Machado all but certain to be dealt within a day or two (and everyone expects it to be the dodgers now) but AL manager Aj hinch to this moment has been given no special instruction to protect/remove him. So he will rep O’s in game.
