Yes. He reaches for his face like he expects there to be blood. If he had just snapped his head back, your argument would hold more sway, but he then reaches for his face knowing fell well there was no contact made.

This is a hard call to make. I hate Perry, so I'd laugh if it got waved off. I'm not sure that's the right call though.

I feel like the goalie interference rule changes every year. Does the fact that the goalie's skate (where the contact was made) was outside the crease mean it wasn't interference even though most of the goalie was inside the crease?
