not really a shove I guess, but he touched an ump during the nadal match when they were looking at a spot where rafa hit a ball. obviously u cant do that

'shoving' is what I've seen fed fans call it trying to get nole fined or disqualified from the tourney lol

No way Murray should ever lose this against djokovic after the difference in draws and the match djokovic had yesterday. Result seems pretty much as expected.

Good stuff from Murray nonetheless. These guys love the drop shot on clay. Nadal, Murray, Djokovic, and Nishikori all seem equally likely to win Roland Garros to me.

Imo it is possible to play one point with a broken string without a tremendous loss of power and control.

You've gotta pick one player to play against Djokovic with your life on the line.

Currently: Wawrinka, and I am not quite sure if I pick hard or red clay. Has to be someone who can hit through the court, and has to be doggedly conditioned. For me it wouldn't be Murray, serve's not good enough.

Good thing I didn't have a gun to my head.

i feel like this is the 3rd straight year where the french open is by far the most anticipated grand slam tournament of the tour season.

of course, djokovic has been going for the career slam. but this year you have rafa in pretty good form going for #10, murray seemingly in great form looking to capture the 3rd leg of the career slam (with five runner ups in australia), and then another very capable clay-courter in nishikori.

i can't wait.

If Novak has a moderately tough draw in the French, and you can fade him for even money, I think there's value there.

I"m not so sure I'd be inclined to fade Djokovic this year.

Federer v. Taylor Fritz on grass @ 9:00 a.m. on Tennis Channel. Fritz has a pretty big serve...may give Fed some problems in his first match back from injury.

Kozlov beat Stevie J in straight sets. I wouldn't read too much into it, but it could be time for Kozlov to start making a move in the rankings.

When I get some time, I'll try to post about all of the baseless claims regarding doping in tennis.

I've watched Kozlov a number of times the last couple years, including parts of his match v Johnson. I just don't see Kozlov becoming a top 20 player in the future due to his lack of size and power. Unlike a number of the other up and coming young guns,His serve is pretty weak for the pro level. Sure, nice win over Steve O, but Stevie looked very off and uncomfortable on the grass.

Maybe Kozlov should get some credit for Stevie being off, but man, his serve looked slow.and it seemed more magnified watching his match yesterday on TV than when I watched a number of his junior or future matches on line.

I'm assuming wrist surgery or is he still trying to put that off?
