Talent doesn't win you ball games either. So I believe my reading comprehension was just as good as your assumption that talent wins games.

Fine I'll accept it, the falcons will never beat the saints ever again. It's just what I have to deal with being an Atlanta sports fan. I hate myself.

are you on your period? I know the Saints have dominated your arse over the last 6 years, but you can always steal a game off a missed field goal like 2010

The Miami Hurricanes year in and year out had the most talented recruiting classes, and guess where that got them?

they won a national title with Larry Coker as their coach

I give up. It's obvious you two are complete homers that see absolutely no flaws or blemishes in your team and anyone who tries to deter those images in your head are wrong and we all must be "failcon" fans.

we have weakness at DE and OT. We don't know how the coaching will play out, but we have Drew Brees to lead the offense.

You've been contradicting yourself in this thread.

I don't enjoy coming to any Saints forum when the Saints are losing. All it does is create drama and that's not what I am here for. I like to actually discuss football in a logical sense with the opposition to get their non biased view on how they think their team will do. There are a few people that I know as Saints fans that love to chant "Who Dat" and all that noise, but can sit there and say "yea man, this whole bounty gate thing is a mess and it's going to hurt us."

Don't know what you're missing out on. You think LSU fans have made blaming refs an art form? Shiiiiiit.....

there is a difference between the Saints the bounty hurting us and the bounty neutering us. We are still a better team than the Falcons, especially when it comes to players

You have absolutely no idea how the loss of payton will impact us. What we do know is that the Saints have elite players and one of the best qb's in the nfl.

Every fanbase does it. I don't think there isn't a fan base that won't try and find any little thing they can find that screwed their team out of winning. The team could have one holding call on the first play of the game and they would blame that on the loss as opposed to just saying "yea we lost to the better team today." It's absolutely stupid.

the bounty gate could hurt us, but i will never say the falcons have an inside track on the division...drew brees v. matt ryan. it really is as simple as that. great quarterbacks win games

no shite. We had the highest point differential in the NFL last season and have upgraded our biggest weaknesses. I still think the offense roles with Brees, Graham, Colston, Evans, Grubbs, Sproles, PT, and Ivory. Spags with Lofton and bunkley should give us a pretty good D.

Dude I don't even want to entertain your last post. Comparing Drew Brees and Matt Ryan is so stupid. If anyone in the world tries to say that Matt Ryan is better than Drew Brees they should hang themselves. Great QB's win games, but defense wins championships.
