Where do you guys do your research? I've been using scores and odds, where for most games you can click on a team and it pulls up their last 10 games with spreads, and if they covered/went over the total. But I've been noticing lately that those stats have been sporadically posted. Any other websites offer something similiar?

partial-game totals. I very rarely play full-game totals because each quarter is its own game and scoring is so dependent on the situation (a reason why I'm considering not betting on 2Qs any more)
for 1Hs I like Heat over, Knicks under, Wiz over. all are moving in my direction right now
public is betting Wiz over but the total has dropped. I'm not very worried because I have that 2H being ridiculously low scoring.

I never laughed at you. I thought it was a great grab as I predicted it to go up. I just like to wait for reduced juice and see the way the public bets and Vegas reacts before locking in.

They're 2-7 ATS in their last 9 while the Wiz are 11-3 in their last 14 ATS
so the Clips are due for a win and Wiz due for a loss
..or the Clips have been over-valued since CP3 got hurt and the Wiz have been under-valued since Wall came back (more likely)
