OSU if they blow out Wisconsin. If it's a shitefest, then Bama.

Committee has a mandate to heavily weigh Conference Champs. But they failed last year in doing that.

They also weigh heavily big names, politics, pressure from TV networks.

If Auburn wins the SEC, Alabama gets in.

If Georgia beats Auburn, there's no way Alabama should get in sitting out the SEC champ game and losing to the loser of the SEC champ game.

Why OSU over ND or USC

SEC champ is in, Big 10 champ is IN, and ACC champ is in. Oklahoma is in with a win. Alabama is the first team out assuming Oklahoma wins.

Well why would USC pass OSU at this point? They were behind them and play a worse team next week?

ND still has a prayer I guess for sure

If LSU loses to a&m and drops from Rankings, Alabama will have zero wins over top 25.

Also if Clemson loses today and win ACC they’d be a borderline team too

I actually think a 12-1 Wisconsin is more deserving than an 11-1 Bama.

Assuming they lose a close one to Ohio State. But I honestly think they'll win. But if they don't...

When will people realize how good OSUs resume was last year to get in as a non champ? Probably never
Their schedule last year wasn't as good as NDs this year

Because Ohio State will have a conference title over ND and is already ahead of USC. Just using logic says they'll get preference with a win over Wisky.

Alabama if you want the best team. USC (if they win the PAC 12) if you want the most deserving.

How many top 10 wins (end of year top 10) does ND have? How many on the road? If the answer is less than 3 and 2 than no they don’t

The answer is way less than that

This word gets used too much. The committee doesn't use it. Why should anyone else?

I was thinking this earlier. Alabama needs us to win pretty badly. State losing the Egg Bowl was big(in a bad way) for them.
