Well yes.

1) Manning
2) Brady
3) Rodgers
4) Brees
5) Roethlisberger
6) Rivers

Too me at least.

I don't think it's that cut and dry yet. They're pretty equal right now, but I think Brees has been better for longer (because he's older). Rodgers had a phenomenal year, especially in the playoffs. But let's see how well he handles being the Super Bowl MVP for an offseason before he is put ahead of the last year's Super Bowl MVP.

People are so quick to drop Brees down. It's ridiculous.

All he needed was apparently a ring to be in the top 3 and then one year later he's being passed by rodgers lofrickingl. Has his near perfect performance in last season's SB just been forgotten?

FWIW without the drops Rodgers played basically a perfect Super Bowl tonight.

ETA: his Super Bowl performance hasn't been forgotten. Whether he is 2nd, 3rd, or 4th isn't that big of a deal. I think there's a decent drop-off after #4. He's one of the top 4.

rodgers had one of his most inaccurate games of the year. drops hurt him, but to say without them he was perfect is plum fricking retarded

Even if it wasn't perfect. It was a really good performance. A 111.5 rating with more than a handful of drops.

He didn't play as well as Brees did last year, but he played great. Steelers defense is better than the Colts defense last year too, IMO.

Tough one . Have to go with the saints. More weapons on offense plus a defense that demands turnovers

Explain why you think it's so far-fetched that Rodgers is better?

He had a great season in a year when his team was ravaged by injuries, and led his team to three straight wins on the road to get to the Super Bowl. He followed that up with a great game in the Super Bowl.

Brees is an incredibly accurate quarterback. He was robbed of the NFL MVP in the regular season last year. But I don't see how it is retarded to think that Rodgers is better than Brees. And it's not retarded to think the other way around.
