It's a Major thread with Tiger out of contention. Don't pretend like you're not here for the lulz.

I'm here for starting and enjoying the lulz.

I watch tournaments hoping tiger loses.

The fu.......?

Nah, brah, they were hitting butter knives back then....Lee is probably one of the best ball strikers....Plus, he took down Jack a couple head/head in majors.

Phil is definitely a top ten all time golfer. His amateur record (3 NCAA championships) plus pro record is stellar. Of course, TW is GOAT. Rory will get into top ten as well by the end of his career. TW has had two bad ball striking tournaments. Irons short and lots of bad hits. Clearly injured at players.

1. Tiger
2. Jack
3.Hogan
4.Bobby jones
5.Player
6.Watson
7. Mickelson
8. Snead
9. Palmer
10. Byron Nelson

Tiger's ball striking has been below his standards all year. He's win the tour events he's won because of his putting. He's putted his arse off this year, but it left him this week.

Thanks captain obvious...I mean elaborate

All he's said is that he injured it during the Players. What's the injury? How long does it last? Will he be ready for the British?

I don't Remember him covering any of that

So I'm guessing with NBC's coverage starting at 11 and the only interesting groups teeing off at like 1, NBC will give us two hours of feature stories about how the road at Merion was paved in 1734?

He's not about to answer any of that. After this tournament he will probably go back to Florida and have it looked at. He won't say any more about it than is absolutely necessary. (see Belechick, Saban, Parcels, etc.)
