It was raining pretty good this morning. Sun just came out. Have to assume the course is pretty wet right now. If the wind picks up like its supposed to scoring might tough for the afternoon groups.

typical sergio . Starts out hot plays like garbage day 2 and 3 and goes all world and plays lights out on sunday after he is 10 shots back

How come everybody always calls Eldrick by his nickname? Even the Masters official leaderboard refers to him by his nickname.

The best answer to that question is: "They either are, or they're not."
Basically, different courses/regulatory bodies have different opinions on the issue, and they may wind up adopting a different set of rules for different tournaments. Unless they can reach a consensus.
