Great job slackster I hope this is the attention you are looking for

Accusing me of seeking attention while talking about AT is hilarious.

The guy is still around. I haven’t run him off and I don’t intend to do so.

if you hate all of his picks why the frick do you spend so much time in AT threads and threads that derived from AT picks? I'm just baffled as to why you continue your schtick

I tried explaining that to him yesterday with actual numbers and I think it still didn't fully click.

And I discussed your actual numbers. You decided to gamble with 5% of your portfolio. Now you’re gambling with 25% of your portfolio 3 months later. Idc what you do one way or the other, but for someone who was talking about big picture, you should keep your current reality in mind.

I’m not sure how or why I’ve gotten this label. I don’t hate or criticize any of his picks. All I’ve literally ever done with respect to his picks was ask questions or discuss facts. I don’t recall ever telling anyone to buy or sell or anything of that nature.

He’s on a legendary run. He’s said himself he won’t be here forever. I’m trying to learn what he’s doing, and when something doesn’t make sense, I’m going to ask about it.

I’m sorry that it bothers the frick out of so many of you.

This is all very fair. I’m baffled as to how so many blindly follow him and won’t even tolerate questions asked of him.

Any way we can get back to talking about ZOM instead of who is and isn't attention whoring? That would be sweet

Back to ZOM. I read some of their 10k last night. Gonna sell before Truforma drops. I will see how/if that goes well. Planning on jumping back in if good. Their next product is a parasite detection device.

Agreed, back to the topic at hand.

According to the prospectus supplement, the 91MM shares will be delivered on or about 2/11. Wainwright retained their right to purchase another 13MM shares at the same price in the next 30 days. If the price holds up, and it’s looking like it will, then I’m sure they’ll exercise that option. The 105MM shares net to ZOM would raise $185.5MM. Management has broad discretion to use the funds as they see fit.

Yes thank you, back to ZOM - what's your thoughts on selling before truforma? I'm up a lot on this and have thought about letting it ride for the long haul and trusting myself that this is going to turn into a legit big boy company years from now. Or do yall think this share price is already years ahead of a real valuation even if they are successful

Zero revenue so far. Their future depends on this releasing. They were sued over this technology, which I personally take as it must be legit.

Have another buy order in, but not sure if it will drop to the limit I set. Watching.

Charles Schwab is the same. I transferred more funds on Monday and it still won't let me buy.

I hear you. Transferred first thing Monday morning and said they won't be available til the 12th even though it's already posted on my bank's side.

I don’t agree with your premise, but that’s not the point. I’m not saying to match them, I’m saying to start there and build out your own mix. You have to start somewhere. If you are 90% in the S&P 500 and don’t know where else to start, you can do a lot worse than starting with the breakdown of LIVKX for a 30 year old.
what premise? There's no premise. Target funds are not good. I posted an anecdotal story about my personal experience with them a few weeks back and when I realized that it was the general consensus, I decided to look into it and it's accurate.
If someone sees "Target date 2065", they're probably thinking "that must be aggressive as frick." But that just isn't the case.
For example, the vanguard total market fund has blown away its 2060 target date fund by quite a good margin in the last ten years. That's because the date fund has like 9% bonds. 40 years from retirement, that's absolutely ridiculous.

I’ll see if I can find that thread and discuss it there. I don’t want to muck up this thread anymore than it has been the last day or so.
