Will it increase when the announcement is made over the next week? How much?

Chevron bumped their quarterly by $0.10 in Q1, or +8.4%.

Last 5 years of quarterly dividends after the increase by XOM:
Q2 2015 - $0.73 (+5.8%)
Q2 2016 - $0.75 (+2.7%)
Q2 2017 - $0.77 (+2.5%)
Q2 2018 - $0.82 (+6.5%)
Q2 2019 - $0.87 (+6.1%)

We gonna be over $0.90?

Im not sure why they would raise the dividend with low oil prices this low. XOM cannot sustain their current dividend at these oil prices. Take a look at their dividend payout ratio. You may be looking at a cut at some point if things stay bad.

I wouldn’t think they’d cut until next year if low oil prices remain.

I will be satisfied if it does not decrease.

I could see it being in danger of a cut a year from now.

I think we’ll see $0.90

Absolutely no way there is a cut right now. No freaking way.

I say token penny increase.
