Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. It’s essentially the market rate in which most banks use to base their own rates off of.

It's hard to drum up sympathy for the people that have made a killing over the last 15 years of basically ZERO percent interest rates.

When the total interest paid on the life of a thirty year loan is 45-50% of the purchase price, even at a 3% rate, I think they are gonna be ok.
