A lot of contracts will be redone and services will remain. Air Force 1 in Trump's 1st admin as an example. These guys have gouged forever.
And the whole women and majority owned business grift is mondblowing what they can charge.

Based on the budget bills being proposed, looks like military spending is going up 100 to 150B. Just some of the cuts from programs to go to other more prioritized programs now.
Big contractors are now lining up for the Iron Dome america planing.
