We eat out a lot. It's where our main foolish spending comes into play. I don't hunt or have any expensive hobbies. Dining out takes up a ton of monthly income. We enjoy it though. I'd go kinda crazy cooking every day.

We have a pretty steady rotation. M-chicken and rice
T- pasta and sauce
W- either chicken or steak
Th-leftovers
F- order out
S- up for grabs
Sunday- fish

We eat pretty much every meal out. It’s expensive but wife doesn’t cook and I don’t have the time. My kids MAY eat a breakfast at home once a week but usually we are hitting a cafe before school. Probably spend $2000 a week on food

It’s crazy how the amount of perishable items in the house is dictated by hurricane season. For us it’s particularly tied to frozen foods. We keep very little in the freezer during the fall.
