I feel mine is high.

Mine is the 25/50/25 shite.

It's $115 a month on a 2011 Malibu. 23 years old, 1 speeding ticket (that will be off in about 2 or 3 months, got it 3 years ago at that point)

I don't know how the rates are in Arkansas, but that would be dirt cheap in LA for a similar risk.

I'm with USAA.

My fianceé (27, no tickets) has like the 500k thing and her monthly is $110. Different company.

It use to be cheaper than that, recently went up.

I'll call and see how much it would bump up to to 100/300/100.

What things did to be bumped up to the 100/300 thing?

Does property damage include their vehicle or just their house etc?

Will I get a better rate if I call in? or just do it online?

Property damage is any property you damage. If you run into someone's house and cause physical damage to it, then your property damage coverage will cover that. If you don't have enough, they will come after you personally.

100/300/100
Bodily injury per person/BI per occurrence/property damage

Rate should be the same online and directly with the agent.

What do you think about medical expense benefits?

It's at 5k, go to 100k?

Allstate was ripping my arse. I saved $1,000 every 6 months with progressive and have more coverage.

Sometimes Allstate calls me to "come back", i tell them what I pay with progressive and they say "sorry we can't beat that", and hang up.

Update- I switched from 25/50 for $115 a month on a 2011 malibu. 23 years old, 1 ticket.

to 100/300, bumped medical expense to 50k instead of 5 and it's now $132 a month.

They priced my fianceé (since she lives with me) at $76 for the same coverage on a 2007 Xterra with 65k on it.

$208 for both cars total once she's on my policy.
