I just finished Pinched: How the Great Recession Has Narrowed Our Futures and What We Can Do About It . I really enjoyed it, it was a very compelling argument about what we could see moving forward in the labor market based on past economic shocks. Mainly about how this recession will severly limit the earning ability of the mellenial generation over their entire lives.
What is the MB reading right now? Does anyone have any recommendations of money related books that seemed particularly interesting or relevant?

I just downloaded this book on my Kindle. It is an old book from 1930's and it is only .99 on Amazon.

I'm nearing the end of "Power Inc" by David Rothkopf (former Sec. of Commerce under Wild Bill Clinton). I picked up the audiobook copy at my local library.

Its an interesting tale which pretty much takes the position that multinational corporations have achieved greater power than most nation states and that government policy and affairs reflect this. He draws comparison to the major power struggles within recent history i.e. church vs state which was ultimately won by state and now corporations vs state where he states that MNC's are beating the governments and using the states as pawns.
He backs his position by recanting the story of a Swedish firm which is the longest standing corporation on the planet dating back to the middle ages. Probably better suited to a moderate or progressive reader as opposed to ardent conservatives.

read Trading by the Book by Joe Ross if you would like to trade commodities.
I am about to pick a book by Milton Friedman to read soon.
