Strong jobs report sent longer term rates back up a decent bit today.

Question: do you think our economy is on the right track? Or are we still in the midst of frickery? CYA banks know jobs is BS.

so i wonder what Monday is going to look like?

Told my mortg broker to lock rate in after lunch and before the process could be completed cost of points was jumping drasticallhy

Well I guess I have to wait till Monday-

I will never understand how the market reacts to just a single report! You have inflation and other reports to come-

In an election year anything goes I guess

I waited until today to roll over 3 t-bills which matured earlier this week. By waiting I added about 10 BP to the new bills.

I closed on my home on September 24th and got a 6.675% rate. I hope the rates come down because I can't wait to refinance.
