My coastal rentals are such a pain because I can never find a carrier who wants to cover everything in one - I have a few that have three different policies through three different lenders: fire, liability, and then wind. I have two mobile homes that are good cash cows, but carrying that much insurance just seems dumb. What would you say to the needs of carrying all three for rental homes? Can even separate nicer homes vs. mobile homes as well.

mine cover fire, lightning, wind, hail, loss of rents, etc, etc all on same policy. cheap also. dwelling policies. have an umbrella on top of all of them.

the only thing i would need addendums for would be flood or earthquake coverage of which none of mine are in those zones.

Are they titled in a business?

What you are describing almost sounds like commercial insurance.
