What do you think ends the bull and will we see a rotation to int'l again?

Crystal ball billion dollar question but what is the board's views on if we're in an AI bubble and will the U.S. continue to dominate?
I personally don't think we're in a dotcom like bubble but things do seem pretty frothy. I want to reallocate some gains into int'l but it's hard considering how poorly it's underperformed the last 15 years. This year has been a bit better.
It's so hard not to be influenced by recency bias. We're in a huge bull run but from 2000-2010, SPY sucked and small caps, int'l performed way better.
VXUS just looks like a dud mostly. I have (against my better judgment) diversified by buying some large cap wide-moat int'l stocks just so I'm not so heavy in the magnificent 7. Still very tech heavy though. I bought: SE, ASML, TSM, MELI, NVO, NSRGY, RHHBY, NVS, PM, TCHEY and SHOP (why the frick not ride the momentum?).
I'm currently holding about 20 percent cash which is too high but I want dry powder to buy some leveraged ETFs when we have a mild correction.
About 10-15 percent of my portfolio is in TQQQ and QLD also. I don't have any bonds after being destroyed in 2022.Starting to slowly accumulate GLD and have about 3 percent in crypto.

My approach is that large cap stocks that I invest in give international exposure.
I don’t feel confident in international investing since most of the governments have anti growth policies, stricter labor laws. In Europe much higher tax rates. When you try to limit down side risk you also limit upside.
I’m no economist so I’m sure others on this board will have much more articulate responses. Or a different view all together.
I try to stick to what I know.
But have used this board for different investment thesis than I would have otherwise as the base of my portfolio are low cost ETF index funds.

If that’s the thought, you’re missing an obvious international data center/ai infrastructure play.
As I mentioned last night in the NBIS thread, we need to call this something different than a bubble. It’s not the same.

There's at least 24 months left in the current bull market imo.

Why not just do VT? If international does well then it just adds more to it. Takes the guessing out
