Looks like they had a $16 PT by benchmark today.
Also, risk on per Jerome’s speech with some dovish nuggets. (For today - tomorrow the crystal ball fortune tellers may have an opposing interpretation). Most of the market, especially growth names are up today.

I've had a price set at $10/share before the news yesterday. I am hoping I can still get it around $10.50-$11 in the near future.

BiteSquad.com, a Minneapolis-based online restaurant-delivery company, has been acquired by Lake Charles, La.-based Waitr Holdings Inc., for about $321 million in cash and stock.
Founded in 2012, Bite Squad now has partnerships with more than 11,000 independent and chain restaurants, and has a presence in 350 cities. Bite Squad operates in 20 states, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Looks like Waitr is trying to capitalize on areas that Grubhub isn't present. Whether by design or not, investing in areas without competition seems like a viable business plan. This stock has a vey high ceiling and I consider it a bargain right now.
