re: TSNP is turning me on

This is purely speculative. But in my 51 years I do know one thing, we dont know how folks in our own communities conduct day to day business. I didnt understand until I became an employer. From how they pay bills, how they access the internet, how they are able to buy groceries. We certainly dont fully understand things that affect folks globally.
This product gets my attention as it MAY be a product that will allow billions to access marketplaces in a more streamlined form. It may crumble tremendously. There was a reason the shares were .20 each. But IF it succeeds the upside is tremendous. There is really nothing left to do but hang on and watch. Odds are against it, everyone knows that.

idk why your or others seem to think I’m upset you’ve made a boatload of money.
I don’t think you’re upset about my money or anybody else’s.
You’re upset because this stock isn’t behaving the way you think it’s supposed to, and you can’t understand why.

I’m asking the questions any sane person should ask - what am I missing?
Have you noticed yet how I’ve already answered some of your questions before you even ask them, and you usually ignore that party of my post in your response? This is another one of those times:
Yes, they are.
The fact that he’s been asking the same questions for days now, getting the same non-answers or answers he doesn’t like, and continues asking the same questions is not. It’s just shitting up the thread.
And he’s fully aware the answers he’s looking for don’t exist at this point: Good luck reading anything correct with TSNP and/or FORW. Seriously. They’re very, very light on details about anything.

I think the point you're missing is that HUMBL just took over Tesoro for the purpose of going public. This was not really a spac merger.

They didn't leave any money on the table.
You go public to raise money. I can’t seem to find anything that suggests they ended up with any money. If I missed a report, please let me know.

I can’t find the details. They may still exist, hence the questions.

But isn’t it just an idea at this point? App is in beta testing, I believe. They’re pre-revenue as best I can tell.
The horror!!!!
What an outrage!!!
This stock is supposed to just sit in the corner and not increase at all until its a real company, with a real app, and real revenue!!!
Somebody get the SEC on the phone immediately!!!

AT thinks it’s going to the 300s iirc, so I won’t be too upset picking it up anywhere along the way.

Have you ever seen a single financial filing? Can you point me to any independent research that wasn’t sourced from the company’s press release?
I’m being 100% serious. I’d love to understand more so I don’t miss out on gains in the future.

Is this independent research that you are referencing? A legitimate question as I'm trying to learn how to DD on my own. In this link there's also another link to an article not so high on TSNP although its claimed that article was a hit piece bc at the time TSNP was being shorted.
I don't know when AT first posted about TSNP but this site had posted an article on 11/3/20 and they were seeing the potential of this stock. Maybe this website isn't so reputable. I don't know. Again, I'm trying to learn how to weed out the good vs the bad information. Trying my best to learn and find these companies like AT is doing.
+224%..................SO FAR

you’re such a softie.
Guy knows nothing about a stock other than it’s not behaving the way he thinks it should.
Guy spends literal days asking the same questions over and over again about said stock.
Guy spends literal days getting the same non-answers or answers he doesn’t like that do nothing to satisfy this burning desire he has to understand why this stock isn’t behaving the way it’s supposed to.
Guy calls other people sensitive and softies whenever they point out how ridiculous he’s being.

I’ve read that article, but thank you. I’m not sure if I’d call it due diligence as it’s more of a press release summary. To each their own, but I typically want some level of numbers in my DD. Many of the TSNP pieces just talk about the stock performance and the Humbl dream.
If the stock keeps going like this, it won’t take long before some 3rd party analysts start to notice. Hard to ignore a $6B company.

Just tell them what you really think, and get it over with. At this point it's evident the questions you're asking don't have answers, or at the very least no one here has them.
You're acting like you're hoping someone has those answers when you know they don't.
Just warn them of the dangers and move on, since you're obviously not interested in investing it.
By the way, your questions are fine. But sounds like when you weren't getting answers, you went ahead and looked for yourself and couldn't find answers. So no one else here is going to have them, and you know that, so Idk why you're insisting. Though, with as much they're accumulating someone will have enough shares to be on the board soon and get some insight

Bottom line is some people here are results oriented, and so far it's working out for them with all his picks.

I enjoy playing specs and penny stocks. It makes the market more fun to me rather than watching my Apple, JP Morgan or Home Depot stock edge up or down a percent or two each day. This is where the vast majority of my money is parked.
I set aside a little money for fun, speculative trades. I've had them go boom and bust but that's what makes it fun. I fully understand the risks of these.

I don’t know what to think.

Only one person, to my knowledge, thinks it’s going to $300, and he’s on a legendary heater, but he won’t respond to me, so here we are. I wasn’t in on the original thread, so if someone has a link to ATs DD, I’d love to read it.
On the surface, everything about this seems like a pump and dump at best or genuinely fraudulent at worst, yet AT is on such a run that he may be right about $300 in a couple years.
I’m conflicted.

All of this. My Roth has it’s usually drawl per week and my pension keeps doing it’s thing. This really is more of a gamble for us crazies who enjoy it. It’s 100 Percent gambling and it’s a blast. I’m playing the POTENTIAL of what may happen. Not my whole retirement lol. If it bombs oof I’ve lost some thousands, if it takes off I retire and fly fish for the rest of my life. It is what it is lol.

And I wouldn’t expect him to. Whether the guy is one hell of a researcher or he’s a little autistic, he doesn’t handle criticism well. BUT, he has brought stocks to the board when no one else was looking at any of them, and they have been phenomenal for many people. Doesn’t matter if it feels like some guy walking up to you with a briefcase of cash making you feel uneasy, you take the cash and say thank you in this case.
